How exactly does hourly billing work?
Our system tracks your resource usage with hourly precision. At the end of the month, we sum up all hours and generate an invoice. For example, if you start a virtual machine mid-month and stop it a few days later, you pay only for the hours the machine was running.
Does cloud service usage require prepayment?
No, we don't require prepayment. We bill at the end of the month, meaning you receive an invoice only for resources actually used after the usage period ends.
Do I have to pay for a stopped virtual machine?
When a virtual machine is in a stopped state, vCPU and RAM resources are not charged. However, disk space charges continue because your data is being stored.
